I had garbha sanskar sessions @narayandham from my 1st month of pregnancy… it was a great experience with Khushi Mam..she guided me properly at each trimester.
The sessions were including exercises , meditation, some activity, prayers etc .

We have had a wonderful visit to Shree Narayandham and want to highlight the excellent place that it is and wonderfully located in Narayanpur with nearby mountains, walking treks, foothills , old temples and excellent clean weather throughout the year.
Management Team ably managed by the highly positive Dr Dongre Ji with great vibes, with due respect🙏🙏 (was a sound alike of Shri Narendra Modi Ji🫡🫡🫡) and every Team member was working with a positive attitude and smile and we found zero negativity in our 10 day stay.
Canteen, Yoga Hall, Treatment Rooms, Doctor's, Cleaning Staff, Reception staff, Security Staff , everyone needs appreciation with special mention of ::
Dr Nikita Godbole/Dr Apoorva in Yoga Hall,
Mr Ravinder (All rounder Vishwakarma) in Treatment Room is an all rounder who needs promotion and recognition;
Dr Santosh Mali, highly professional..
Ms Archana/Yogini/Varsha/Vaishali Reception Areas;
Mr Santosh/Susheela in Treatment/Yoga Hall;
Maharaj Ji managing the kitchen was so knowledgeable and doing a very difficult job of managing various Diets so well that its really praiseworthy!!
Mangal Rannpishay Maushi the cleaning lady was excellent and conscientious with doing some small small things in the Room which were so thoughtful !!!
We had given some positive inputs for maintaining better the Treatment areas which needed a overhaul, apart from that everything was positive about our stay.
Visiting this place and some days entertaining the crowd with some yesteryear's music and singing was a pleasure too!!
Thank you very Much Shree Narayandham in giving me and my wife a great detox, weight loss, inch loss and above all in developing a change in lifestyle/understanding diet and a holistic living!!
